CW Morse terms of use

License
CW Morse (“the app”) is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). By downloading or using the app you agree to the Standard EULA together with the terms on this page. Where they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
Free use and the in-app purchase
You can use the app for free: each listening session runs for up to 5 minutes, and the demo transmitter is always available. A one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks unlimited listening. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- The purchase is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- The unlock works on all your iPhones and iPads signed in with the same Apple Account and can be shared through Family Sharing. Use Restore purchase on a new device.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using the app
Decoding depends on signal quality, interference and how the sender keys the code, so the decoded text may contain errors. The app is a listening and learning aid. Do not rely on it for emergency, safety-of-life or other critical communications.
You are responsible for using the app and your radio equipment in line with the laws and licence conditions that apply to you, including rules on receiving and using radio transmissions.
Privacy
Audio is processed on your device and is never recorded or uploaded. See the CW Morse privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
