Tasks Wizard terms of use

Effective date: November 6, 2026

License

Tasks Wizard (“the app”), for iPhone, iPad and Mac, is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). By downloading or using the app you agree to the Standard EULA together with the terms on this page. Where they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.

Free version and subscription

Tasks Wizard is free to download and try. An auto-renewable subscription unlocks unlimited projects and tasks, with a free trial for new subscribers. The available plans, their length and price are shown in the app before you subscribe. Prices may vary by country.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. With a free trial, you’re charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in your device’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions (on a Mac, in the App Store under your account), or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  • The subscription works on your iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in with the same Apple Account. Use the app’s restore option on a new device.
  • If the subscription ends, the free version’s limits apply again.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your projects

Your projects are yours. They are stored on your devices and, when iCloud sync is on, in your iCloud account under Apple’s terms. Back up your projects regularly with the app’s backup feature.

When you share a task with someone outside your team, they can see and update it. Share only what you’re happy for them to see. You’re responsible for the content you add, including photos and the details of team members you add from Contacts.

Schedules, costs and overrun warnings are calculated from what you enter. Check important dates and figures before relying on them for contracts, quotes or payments.

Privacy

How the app handles your data is described in the Tasks Wizard privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
