MiCycle terms of use

License

MiCycle (“the app”), for iPhone and Apple Watch, is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). By downloading or using the app you agree to the Standard EULA together with the terms on this page. Where they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.

Subscription

Full use of MiCycle requires an active auto-renewable subscription. The available plans, their length and price are shown in the app before you subscribe. Prices may vary by country.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. If a free trial is offered, you’re charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in your device’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  • The subscription works on your other devices signed in with the same Apple Account. Use the app’s restore option on a new device.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Riding safely

Keep your attention on the road. Mount your iPhone securely, set up your screens and voice feedback before you ride, and don’t handle your phone or watch while riding. Always follow traffic laws.

Speed, distance, grade, altitude, power, calories and FTP are estimates from GPS and your sensors and can be inaccurate. Segment timing and pothole warnings may be missing or out of date, so always watch the road yourself. MiCycle is not a medical device. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
